Refund policy

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you are not satisfied for any reason, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without providing any reason.

 

Right of Withdrawal

• You have 14 days from the day you receive the product to notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

• After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

• No explanation is required to exercise your right of withdrawal.

 

Return Conditions

• The product must be returned in a condition that allows its nature, characteristics and functioning to be established.

• The customer is liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

• When exercising the right of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by Velmora Noir.

• Once the returned product has been received, the refund will be processed within the applicable legal deadline.

 

Refunds

When exercising the right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from the customer, including the cost of the original delivery corresponding to the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.

If the customer chose a delivery method that was more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, we are not required to reimburse the additional cost resulting from that choice.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned product or until the customer has provided evidence that the product has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

 

Damaged or Faulty Products

If a product arrives defective, damaged, or not in conformity with the contract, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@velmoranoir.com.

Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the defect or damage so that we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products are not affected by the right of withdrawal described in this policy.

 

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to:

• Products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized, where the right of withdrawal is excluded by applicable law;

• Sealed products which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.
