The email contains your high-resolution, watermark-free Gift Voucher in the signature Velmora Noir dark-luxury aesthetic, together with your unique and secure redemption code.

During checkout, you may choose to have the voucher sent directly to the recipient’s email address, or to your own email address if you prefer to present it personally.

No physical delivery is required.

Please ensure that the email address provided at checkout is correct. If your voucher does not arrive shortly after purchase, please check your spam, junk or promotional folders before contacting us.

As the Gift Voucher is a digital product delivered electronically, cancellation and refund eligibility may be subject to applicable consumer-rights rules and whether the digital product has already been delivered or used. Please refer to our Terms of Service for full details.

Redeeming your Velmora Noir Gift Voucher is simple.

Enter your unique voucher code at checkout when placing your order. The available balance will be applied to your purchase.

If the total value of your order is higher than the remaining voucher balance, you may pay the difference using another available payment method.

If the value of your purchase is lower than the voucher balance, the remaining amount stays available for future purchases.

Your Gift Voucher may therefore be used across multiple orders until the full balance has been redeemed.

Please keep your voucher code secure. Anyone with access to the code may be able to use the available balance.

You can send your Velmora Noir Gift Voucher directly to the recipient by selecting “I want to send this as a gift” during checkout.

Simply provide:

Recipient email — where the Gift Voucher will be delivered

Recipient name — optional

Personal message — optional, up to 200 characters

Send on — optional, allowing you to choose when the Gift Voucher is delivered

Prefer to give it personally? Simply leave the gifting option unselected and have the Gift Voucher delivered to your own email address instead.

Velmora Noir Gift Vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase and may be used exclusively in the Velmora Noir online store.

Gift Vouchers may be redeemed across multiple purchases until the full balance has been used or the voucher expires.

Gift Vouchers may be combined with valid discount codes and promotional offers, unless otherwise stated in the terms of a specific promotion.

Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to a bank account.

Please keep your redemption code secure. Velmora Noir cannot be held responsible for unauthorized use resulting from the disclosure or loss of the voucher code.
