Shipping policy

Velmora Noir carefully prepares and packages every order to ensure that our products reach our customers safely and as promptly as possible.

 

 Shipping Destinations

We ship to Hungary, countries within the European Union, and other countries made available during the checkout process.

The available shipping options and shipping fees for each destination are displayed during checkout.

If we do not offer shipping to a particular country, that country will not be available as a shipping destination during checkout.

 

Production and Processing Time

Velmora Noir products are handcrafted.

In-stock products are processed and prepared for dispatch after the order and payment have been confirmed.

For made-to-order products, the production time is up to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Production time is not included in the delivery time.

If a different production time is stated on an individual product page, the production time specified on that product page will apply.

 

Shipping Methods

Customers can choose from the shipping methods available for their shipping address and destination country.

Available shipping options and their applicable fees are displayed during checkout.

Shipping options may vary depending on the destination country.

Parcel-point or other pickup-point delivery is available only when the relevant shipping method is offered during checkout.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs may depend on the order value, destination country, selected shipping method and, where applicable, the size and weight of the package.

The applicable shipping cost will be clearly displayed during checkout before the order is finalized.

If we offer free shipping above a certain order value or as part of a promotion, the applicable conditions will be clearly stated on the webshop.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been prepared, it will be handed over to the selected shipping provider as soon as reasonably possible.

Estimated delivery times:

Within Hungary: 2–5 business days

Within the European Union: 5–10 business days

Outside the European Union: delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and selected shipping method

The delivery times stated above are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed deadlines.

Delivery time begins after the production and processing period.

 

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available for the selected shipping method, tracking information will be sent to you by email after your order has been dispatched.

The timing and frequency of tracking updates may depend on the shipping provider.

 

Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information when placing an order.

If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any resulting additional costs.

If delivery is unsuccessful, the shipping provider may, according to its own procedures, make another delivery attempt, hold the parcel at a designated pickup point for a limited period, or return the parcel to the sender.

 

Damaged Packages

If your package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, please inspect the package where possible and take photographs of the packaging and any visible damage.

If the product itself is damaged, please contact us promptly at info@velmoranoir.com and provide your order number and clear photographs of the damage.

Under applicable EU consumer rules, the trader is generally responsible for damage occurring during delivery when the carrier was arranged by the trader. 

 

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at info@velmoranoir.com.

If a package is considered lost or undeliverable, we will contact the shipping provider and take the necessary steps to clarify the status of the shipment.

We do not automatically transfer responsibility to the customer merely because a delay or problem has occurred with the shipping provider. 

 

Delayed Delivery

The delivery times stated on our website are estimated timeframes. If an order is not delivered within the agreed delivery period, the customer retains the rights provided by applicable law.

Where no specific delivery period has been agreed, EU rules generally require goods to be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. 

 

Customs, Taxes and Import Charges

For shipments outside the European Union, the customs, tax and import regulations of the destination country apply.

Any import duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country may be payable by the customer where applicable under the relevant rules.

Customs clearance may also extend the delivery time.
