1. Products

Our webshop offers handcrafted, premium-quality physical products, each made with care and attention to detail.

Every item is unique - small variations in color, texture, or finish are part of the handmade nature and do not qualify as defects.

2. Ordering

Orders are placed directly through our webshop. Once your payment is successfully processed, your purchase is confirmed, and you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details.

Please ensure all shipping and contact information provided at checkout is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information.

 

3. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

•Barion

•Mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay)

All transactions are processed securely via our third-party payment providers. Your order will only be prepared and shipped once payment is received in full.

 

4. Production & Shipping

Each product is handcrafted to order or prepared from limited stock.

•Production time: up to 5 business days after payment confirmation

Shipping: once your order is ready, it will be dispatched immediately

Delivery time:

•Within Hungary: 2-5 business days

•Within the EU: 5-10 business days

•International shipping: delivery times may vary by destination

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. However, shipping delays caused by couriers or customs are beyond our control.

 

5. Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in the quality of our products, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To start the process, please contact us at info@velmoranoir.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Returns are only accepted if the item:

•Is unused and in original condition

•Includes original packaging and accessories

The return shipping cost is completely free for the buyer.

We do not accept returns for:

•Used or worn items

•Custom-made or personalized products (unless faulty)

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item.

Your personal information is handled in full compliance with GDPR.

We use your data only to process and deliver your order.
