2. Product Information

All products available in this webshop are physical goods, designed and handcrafted with premium quality materials.

Product descriptions, photos, sizes, and colors are displayed with the greatest possible accuracy; however, slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

The seller reserves the right to make minor changes to design or materials without prior notice, provided they do not alter the overall quality or functionality of the product.

3. Order Process

Purchases are made online by adding the desired product(s) to the cart and completing the payment process.

4. Review and accept the GTC and Privacy Policy

5. Confirm the order

6. Receive an email confirmation

The contract is concluded electronically, in English, upon payment confirmation.

4. Prices and Payment Methods

All prices are listed in HUF or EUR, depending on your region.

Prices include all applicable taxes under the Hungarian small business exemption (no VAT charged).

Transactions are processed through secure third-party payment systems; the webshop does not store or access your bank details.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.

Shipping details:

•Delivery within Hungary: typically 2-5 business days

•EU countries: 5-10 business days

•International orders: delivery time may vary by location

Shipping costs and options are displayed during checkout. Customers receive an email with tracking information once the order is dispatched.

 

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without justification.

Withdrawal and Return Conditions:

•The item must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging.

•Customers must notify the seller in writing (via email) within 14 days of delivery about their withdrawal intention.

•After notification, the product must be returned within an additional 14 days.

•We offer a 14-day complimentary return policy on all purchases. Returns are accepted for any reason, ensuring a luxurious and worry-free shopping experience.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of return), including standard delivery costs.

 

7. Warranty and Guarantee

All physical goods are covered by the two-year statutory warranty under EU and Hungarian law.

Customers are entitled to:

•Repair or replacement of defective products, or

•Partial or full refund if repair/replacement is not possible.

For small, non-essential defects, only repair or partial compensation may apply.

8. Complaints and Customer Service

Complaints regarding products or services can be submitted by email. All complaints are investigated within 14 days, and customers will receive a written response.

If the customer disagrees with the outcome, they may contact the competent consumer arbitration board in Hungary.

An electronic invoice will be issued for every purchase and sent to the email address provided at checkout.

 

10. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All product designs, descriptions, photographs, and related content are the intellectual property of Velmora Noir.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

 

11. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional offers (e.g., discounts in exchange for social media mentions) are valid only under the terms explicitly set by the seller.

Example:

"The first 20 customers who share a post or story on Instagram tagging the brand and showing the product will receive a 30% discount using a provided coupon code."

Discounts:

•Cannot be applied retroactively

•Are non-transferable

•Must be used at checkout with the valid code

•Cannot be combined with other promotions

 

12. Limitation of Liability

The seller makes every effort to ensure that all products and information on the website are accurate.

However, Velmora Noir shall not be held liable for any:

•minor deviations in color, size, or materials,

•delays or damages caused by third-party courier services,

•misuse, improper care, or wear and tear of products after delivery.

The customer is responsible for reading product descriptions carefully before purchase.

Customer personal data is used solely for order fulfillment, invoicing, and shipping purposes, and is managed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

This webshop operates under Hungarian law. In case of disputes, Hungarian jurisdiction shall apply.
